Want to send a gift but don't know the recipient's address? Want to send a gift right away? Just send the URL issued after purchase to the person you want to send the gift to via LINE, SNS, email, etc. You can send a gift without asking for the address.

How to send e-gifts

  • 1) Select "Send as e-Gift"

    You can use e-gifts by selecting "Send e-gift to someone whose address you don't know" on the product page.

  • 2) Enter your message

    Select a digital message card and enter your message. You can also preview it.

  • 3) Send the URL via social media or email

    Once the purchase is complete, a URL for receiving the e-gift will be issued. You can send the e-gift by sending the URL via LINE or other social media or by email.

How to receive e-gifts

  • 1) You will receive an e-gift URL.

    When you open the URL you received, the receipt screen will appear. Select "Receive e-Gift" and proceed to enter your delivery information.

  • 2) Enter your shipping address

    Please enter your shipping information.
    *The information you enter will not be visible to the sender.

  • 3) Receive a gift

    The e-gift item will be delivered to the address you entered.

Can I choose e-gift for all products?

You can select any product that has a button on its page that says "Send as an e-gift to someone you don't know the address of."

Can I send gifts anonymously or under a nickname?

Yes, you can. You can send it using the nickname you set when you purchase it.
The recipient is not able to know the name or address of the sender. At the same time, the sender is also not able to know the name or address of the recipient.

Is there an expiration date for the gift receipt URL?

The expiration date is 23:59 five days after the purchase date.
By that time, please not only send the URL to the recipient, but also make sure they enter the shipping information using that URL.
If the expiration date has passed, the item will not be canceled and will be delivered to the "sender's" address. Please note that you cannot specify the desired delivery date and time.

What happens if the recipient doesn't enter an address?

Your purchase will not be cancelled and will be delivered to the "gift sender" address. We will send you a confirmation email.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations from customers.

How will the e-gift URL be sent?

After purchase, you will be able to obtain (copy) the URL on the screen, and you will need to send the URL yourself via LINE, SNS DM, email, etc.

You will also receive an email with the subject "Thank you for purchasing your e-gift," so you will be able to check the URL from this email as well.
Since the dedicated URL will be sent via email, please set up your email settings to receive emails from "musinfo@2and1.co.jp".

Can I check if the recipient has entered their address?

Once the recipient's address has been entered, an email will be sent to the sender.

If I make a mistake when entering my message or name, can I change it?

Please note that this cannot be changed.

Can I send multiple items as e-gifts?

You can purchase items if the "Send as an e-gift to someone you don't know the address of" button is displayed on the product page.
Items will be delivered together (gifts can only be delivered to one address).
You cannot purchase a "regular purchase item" and an "e-gift purchase item" at the same time.

Can I send e-gifts to multiple addresses?

Only one delivery address can be specified. Multiple delivery addresses cannot be specified.

Can I specify the desired delivery date?

You cannot specify a desired delivery date and time.

What should I do if I have deleted the e-gift URL email?

Please note that resends are not possible.
We can send you just the URL again.

Are there any areas where delivery is not possible?

Please note that Okinawa Prefecture is not included in the e-Gift delivery area.

Can I send it to someone living overseas?

Delivery of products is limited to within Japan.
